Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including your right of withdrawal for distance purchases where applicable.

30-Day Return Policy

Nestera offers a voluntary 30-day return policy in addition to any statutory rights that may apply.

Change of Mind Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that they:

• Have not been used beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
• Have not been exposed to poultry, livestock, animal waste, bedding materials, parasites, pests, or contamination risks.
• Are returned with all supplied parts and accessories.
• Are packaged appropriately for safe return transport.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

Diminished Value

If returned goods show signs of assembly, installation, outdoor use, contamination, damage, missing parts, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, Nestera may reduce the refund amount to reflect the resulting loss in value.

Biosecurity & Hygiene

For biosecurity and hygiene reasons, products exposed to poultry, livestock, parasites, animal waste, bedding materials, or disease risks may not be suitable for resale and may be subject to deductions reflecting their reduced value.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt.

Transit damage should ideally be reported within 72 hours of delivery and supported by photographs where possible.

Where a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Nestera will provide remedies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Return Authorization

Customers should contact Nestera Customer Support before returning any item. Proof of purchase, order details, and photographs may be requested.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of returned goods and will be issued using the original payment method.

Predator Protection Disclaimer

Nestera products are designed to provide a high level of protection against common predators when correctly assembled, installed, maintained, and operated. However, no poultry housing system can guarantee complete protection against predators or prevent all losses.

Nestera does not guarantee that predator attacks, injuries, loss of poultry, or property damage will not occur.

Automatic door systems, locks, batteries, solar panels, sensors, connectivity services, and other equipment may be affected by technical failures, environmental conditions, maintenance issues, power interruptions, user error, or circumstances beyond Nestera’s control.

Customers remain responsible for monitoring their animals and maintaining appropriate husbandry and security measures.
