Our Small suits up to 3 medium hens, Medium up to 5, Large and Wagon up to 8. Aspen 6 is suitable for 6 medium hens and Aspen 10 for 10 medium hens. Bantams need less room β and it is always wise to size up if your flock might grow.

Nestera coops incorporate multiple predator-resistant features, including robust recycled-plastic panels, reinforced access doors, secure locking systems on some models, and ventilation openings designed to minimise access points. Although these features significantly reduce the likelihood of predator entry, no chicken coop can offer an absolute guarantee against every predator or situation. Good husbandry practices, such as closing and securing the coop every evening, remain essential.
Absolutely. Our Nestera Automatic Door Opener and Smart Auto Door are an optional extra on every coop, with discreet pre-drilled holes included for easy installation. It runs in manual, timer or light-sensor mode.
